As we grow PAX we are determined to be an "Engineer First" company.

In order to really be an Engineer First company, we need feedback from engineers regarding what they want from the company they work for.

The obvious categories are: PTO, Benefits, Training, Compensation. We pretty much know that the very best of these things is what we all want and it is our goal to provide this.
